Annellyse Chan

Annellyse Chan joins the MSC family as a Retail Specialist focusing on urban leasing and sales. Annellyse has an eclectic background in real estate, project management and the food and beverage industry which will all contribute to her success at MSC. Annellyse developed a passion for the food and beverage industry while working as a bartender under hospitality groups such as Schulson Collective, Craft Concept Group, and Garces Group. Prior to entering the hospitality field, Annellyse took time to pursue her goals of moving abroad to Barcelona, Spain and traveling Europe. Annellyse will be working alongside Jacob Cooper on the urban team, and is excited to bring new concepts and ideas, from a global and local perspective to our clients. Annellyse moved to Philadelphia in 2014 to attend Temple University where she studied Neuroscience and Psychology. When she is not working, Annellyse enjoys trying new bars and restaurants, traveling and relaxing on the beach.
