Anne Bayro brings over 18 years of real estate experience to CBRE. She is an Associate and Transaction Manager specializing in corporate tenant representation, business development, sales and transaction management of broker led accounts at CBRE. Anne is dedicated to addressing occupancy issues and implementing the design and execution of solutions to meet her client’s real estate needs. She is also the manager of her team and is responsible for training and oversight of the team’s sales activity. She dedicates her career to building strong client relationships, and her strategic approach to negotiating and problem-solving are at the forefront when servicing her clients. Ms. Bayro is directly responsible for handling key real estate transactions as Transaction Manager in representation of major corporate, health services and law firm companies. Anne has assisted in successfully negotiating lease transactions totaling 1.3 million square feet while at CBRE. Prior to joining CBRE in 2011, Anne was intermediary between seller and buyer facilitating the purchase or selling process of commercial and residential properties at Coldwell Banker (2003). She started her real estate career in 1998 with Cushman Realty Corporation and The Staubach Company in 2001. Anne’s commitment to providing excellent service, extraordinary outcomes and her vast experience in all aspects of commercial real estate have afforded the opportunity to serve clients that include: Pillsbury, Novatel Wireless, Carl Zeiss Vision, Union Bank, Metagenics, National Pen and DLA Piper.
