With over 15 years of retail, real estate, and fashion expertise, Annabelle has a strong understanding of market trends, placemaking, merchandising, and what influences consumer behavior. Her insight leads to better merchandising decisions and solutions for her clients and investors in an innovative manner. A Dallas native, Annabelle has grown up in the real estate industry and is a partner at Heady Investments, where she integrates her retail expertise into the mixed-use platform. She is intimately familiar with the North Texas trade area, as Heady Investments has established a footprint in Plano and Frisco over the past 30+ years. Annabelle has dual focus in both tenant and landlord representation. She has worked with a broad base of Landlords and developers, including Catalyst Development, CTO, Gables, Glenstar, Hillwood, JP Morgan Asset Management, KDC, Madison Realty Partners, Parmenter, Provident Realty Advisors, Regent Properties, Stream, and several others. She is passionate about working on developments from conception to completion and has been an integral part in the merchandising and reimagining of Snider Plaza, Legacy North, Water Street, Willow Bend’s restaurant district, Front 44, and more. Over the years, Annabelle has sourced several site selection clients, including Steak 48, Al Biernat’s, Mesero, Factory Place Hospitality, Blo Blow Dry Bar, Batteries Plus, Rise Chicken & Biscuits, Steak 48, Magikid Robotics, Woodhouse Day Spa, Dish Society, and several others. Annabelle is an accredited investor with diverse partnerships ranging from opportunity zones, multifamily projects, mixed use developments, and even in the f&b space. She is an active member of ICSC, ABPA, Bradfield PTA and Highland Park Presbyterian Church. She graduated early from Westmont College in Montecito. Her California connections have provided another layer to her real estate clientele & experience, particularly with the influx of relocations to DFW.
