Anna Wildebour

Anna Wildebour is a commercial real estate sales and leasing agent at Denny Elwell Company. She is an Ankeny native and graduated from Ankeny Centennial High School in 2022. She is a Junior at the University of Northern Iowa and double majoring in Real Estate and Finance. When Anna is home from college, she is in the office working on gaining real-life experience in the commercial real estate industry. Anna found her passion for commercial real estate through a project she did with Denny Elwell Company while she was a senior in high school. This project was in a class called Orbis, and she worked with 3 other team members. The project consisted of learning how to market, find demographics, and compile a list of possible tenants that would be a good fit for the space. The space they were given to do the following on was a restaurant space in Park Fair Mall. Anna is excited to learn and grow in this industry at Denny Elwell Company!
