Anna has been active in commercial real estate for 23 years. Prior to joining Transwestern Commercial Real Estate Services Anna was the Director of Sales & Leasing for a private asset management company and represented their 3MSF office/industrial/ retail portfolio as Leasing agent in the greater Silicon Valley and in 3 years successfully completed over 200 lease transactions. A client of this firm contracted Anna to be the onsite Sales & Leasing broker for a 120KSF new Industrial commercial condominium project in N. San Jose and in 3 years she completed the assignment and closed out the project. After joining Transwestern Anna continues to represent owners of the commercial condominium project in the resale or releasing of their units and has successfully completed over $75M in sales in additional to serving landlords, tenants and franchisees of a national chain in their expansion areas. Since 2023 Anna and Transwestern have expanded their market reach to include the Central California area. Through a CREWSV connection Anna was given the opportunity to interview and secure 2 retail sales listings to successfully close both properties.
