Ann Glendon

Areas of Specialization: High-density mixed-use, urban infill, retail town centers and fiscal and economic impact analysis. Ann Glendon is a Senior Consultant based in our Washington, D.C., office. Since joining the firm, she has had the opportunity to work in a wide range of land uses including condominiums, rental apartments, retail town center developments, mixed-use developments, master-planned communities, and active adult communities. Ann specializes in market analysis, fiscal and economic impact analysis, urban infill development, and mixed-use development efforts throughout the Eastern United States. Ann received her Bachelor's in Economics, with a concentration in Finance, from the Wharton School. She earned her Bachelor's in French from the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI)'s Young Leaders Program.
