Anita DiPietro

Anita DiPietro is a 15-year real estate professional with experience as an appraiser, manager, owner, developer, investor, and broker. Before starting AED Asset Management, Anita participated in the acquisition, development, management and leasing efforts of a $100+ million residential and commercial real estate portfolio for various real estate investors and developers across the Washington DC and Northern Virginia region. The portfolio contained properties in various asset classes, both residential single family, multifamily, office space and retail. Anita obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from George Mason University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM) and 30 Under 30 Recipient, awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
