Angie Mahar- Welton is Corporate Controller. She joined Associated Management/Perry Reid Properties - Management in 2000 and is responsible for all financial aspects of managed properties including examination of monthly financial statements, lender and investor relations and oversight of the Accounting Department. Ms. Mahar was employed with a public accounting firm for several years before joining the Associated Management staff and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
