Angelo Iacobelli began his real estate career working with a residential and commercial developer involved in full-service, end-to-end development projects. That experience gave him a practical understanding of how properties are planned, built, financed, operated, and positioned for sale. After college, he transitioned into commercial real estate investment sales. Over the past five years, Angelo has sold more than 120 properties across single-tenant retail, shopping centers, industrial, multifamily, land development, vacant retail, and hospitality-related assets. A little over two years into the business, Angelo founded AMC Real Estate Investment Services to expand the resources available to his clients and build a firm centered on service, integrity, and execution. AMC invests heavily in data, research, technology, and internal systems to provide clients with clear guidance, informed recommendations, and a streamlined transaction process. Angelo advises private investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, REITs, funds, and DST investors on acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio sales, and 1031 exchange strategies nationwide. He also maintains a strong network of lenders, 1031 exchange companies, title professionals, attorneys, and other specialists who understand the nuances of commercial investment sales and help transactions move efficiently from initial strategy through closing. Angelo’s approach is straightforward: communicate clearly, set realistic expectations, protect the client’s interests, and handle as much of the process as possible so clients can make confident decisions with fewer headaches. He is a licensed real estate broker in Michigan and Georgia.
