Her expertise is in understanding Capital Markets including the development of marketing strategies for investment properties in Minnesota and other areas around the Midwest. She provides advisory and investment services to a wide array of clients including private and institutional investors and developers as well as corporate occupiers. Angela consistently delivers exceptional value to her clients by negotiating the most attractive terms. Angela can manage all aspects of the business from leasing, renewals and lease administration to user sales, redevelopments and investment sales, which has proved successful in a myriad of projects. Before her time at CBRE and Avison Young, she served in the environmental regulation management and engineering industry where she worked on a variety of property types from retail to industrial distribution centers to office. She is the recipient of awards like CoStar’s Power Broker award, for completing a high volume of deals for her clients in one calendar year.
