Andrew Miller

Andy is an executive vice president in the Bellevue office of Kidder Mathews, with over 30 years of real estate investment experience. He is responsible for both institutional and private equity property sales with a concentration in office, life science/health care, and industrial assets throughout the greater Northwest. During his career, Andy has successfully closed over $5.5 billion worth of commercial investment transactions, primarily in the Greater Seattle area. As a senior shareholder, Andy has assumed various leadership roles within Kidder Mathews, including serving on the Kidder Mathews board of directors twice, managing director of the Bellevue office from 2012-2015, and he is currently the lead director for the Kidder Mathews Foundation, a charitable foundation formed in 2014.
