Andy Matti

Andy Matti is an Associate with ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors where he specializes in identifying investment grade clinical real estate and advises physician owners on sale-leaseback transactions. Before joining ERE, Andy worked in business development for a tenant rep brokerage, where he assisted in over $10 million in transactions. Prior to entering advisory, Andy specialized in retail sales along with sales management training. Andy is the founder of Motive Imports, an online e- commerce business. Andy received his undergraduate from San Diego State University, where he graduated with a degree in Business Management. In his free time, Andy enjoys volunteering with various charitable organizations in Orange County.
