Andy Kaiser

Andy Kaiser is a Senior Associate with Newmark’s multifamily investment sales team in the San Diego office. He specializes in advising owners, developers, and investors on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties in San Diego and across Southern California. Before joining Newmark, Andy developed a full-cycle background across investment sales, institutional operations, and capital markets. He launched his brokerage career at Matthews REIS, where he spearheaded multifamily outreach, built a proprietary owner network, and executed transactions across Orange County. He then joined Greystar, supporting underwriting, budgeting, and operations for a $12B multifamily portfolio totaling more than 90,000 beds nationwide. Most recently, Andy played a key role at Fident Capital, executing over $200MM in structured debt and equity placements and advising prominent multifamily developers on capital strategy for projects across Southern California. Andy’s approach is defined by a focused advisory process and a client-first mindset. He leverages deep market insight, disciplined execution, and specialized understanding of residential income properties to help owners maximize value and navigate complex transaction decisions.
