Andy Hotchkiss

Andy Hotchkiss - a 20-year veteran in Mid-Atlantic Real Estate - provides strategic advisory to hospitality clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic as VP of Brokerage. As a 3rd generation Washingtonian with over 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, Andy has used his local expertise to advise clients spanning the spectrum of complex requirements with thoughtful and bespoke solutions – representing retail transactions that span over a million square feet of space. Andy – a serial entrepreneur most recently led a consortium venture to revive THE Baltimore Music Venue Brand – Hammerjacks. Other ventures include serving as a founder and co-owner of The Honour Society, a licensed collegiate accessories brand. Andy led the venture from inception thru a merger and acquisition with a national collegiate licensing company. He attended the Landon School in Bethesda, MD and graduated form the University of Colorado. He currently lives in Bethesda, MD with his wife, son and 4 dogs and enjoys skiing with family and friends.
