Andy Garrison, CEO of Garrison Investment Properties, is a lifelong Cherokee County native with deep family roots in the community. With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry and 17 years as a licensed real estate appraiser, Andy provides a well-rounded perspective on Cherokee County real estate, encompassing land, commercial properties in Georgia, and residential spaces. Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2018, he has dedicated his efforts to helping clients maximize the value of their land and commercial investments. Andy is also licensed in both Florida and Alabama, allowing him to offer clients multi-state expertise. Together with his wife of 43 years, also a Cherokee County native, they have raised two sons and are proud grandparents.
