Andy Gallas

Andy Gallas has an extensive career in commercial real estate spanning nearly two decades and joined Newmark’s Chicago office in 2010 as a Senior Managing Director. Mr. Gallas’ primary focus is on providing capital solutions to owners of commercial real estate, predominantly via investment sales. His team has experience in the marketing and sale of office, industrial, retail, and government assets with a track record spanning thirty-six (36) states. Mr. Gallas has long standing relationships within both the public and private sectors, representing both institutions and private owners in traditional asset sales, sale-leasebacks, portfolio dispositions, forward commitments, and debt/equity placement. Throughout his 18-year career, Mr. Gallas has more than $3 Billion of transactional experience and is widely recognized as a capital markets expert. He continues to leverage Newmark’s global platform to provide his clients a high level of transactional execution with localized knowledge from market leaders.
