Andy joined AREA Real Estate Advisors in 2009 as a Vice President. He is a lifetime Kansas City area resident with over 35 years in the commercial real estate industry. Andy is involved in numerous facets of commercial real estate- development, leasing, sales, tenant representation, site selection (local and national) and investment analysis. A goal of Andy’s is to understand the client’s business to the extent he begins to think like the individuals he works with.
