Andy Dennis

Andy Dennis has spent most of his life in Birmingham, Alabama and a graduate of the University of Alabama where he received his B.S. in Finance. Prior to Andy joining TSCG in 2016, he was a financial advisor and branch manager with a local firm. Andy specializes in tenant representation, focusing on site selection and market analysis for national and regional retailers throughout Alabama and Mississippi. Andy is a member of the ICSC & CCIM. He is happily married to his wife, Katie and has two boys, Luke and Jack. Andy enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an Alabama sports fan, a pickleball addict, enjoys traveling, spending time on the lake, coaching his sons’ sports teams and wing shooting. He's involved in his community & member at his church Fullness Christian Fellowship.
