Andy Cox

Andy Cox joins Avison Young as an associate in the Greenville office, specializing in leasing and sales with a focus on landlord agency. He provides strategic real estate advisory services and advocates on behalf of his client base including institutional and private landlords. He began his commercial real estate career in 2019 as a tenant advisor, eventually making the transition to landlord advisory, executing $8 million in transactions in 2022. Prior to becoming a commercial broker, Andy worked in the oil and gas industry and in high school education for many years. Andy earned a Master of Science in Sport and Wellness Leadership from Austin Peay State University. He also attended the University of Tennessee where he earned a B.S. in Sports Management with a minor in Business Entrepreneurship. A Greenville native, he currently lives with his wife and three children in the Upstate, and enjoys refereeing college basketball games in his spare time.
