Andrew Thacker

Andrew joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2016 and has been in the real estate industry since graduating from Hampden-Sydney College in 2012. After graduation, Andrew began his career in real estate finance as a mortgage loan officer where he originated mortgages for residential homebuyers. In 2014, Andrew made the switch to commercial real estate where he spent two years managing a 500,000+ square foot portfolio of medical offices, commercial office buildings, auto shops, and retail centers. Andrew is responsible for the leasing of a portfolio of shopping centers in Richmond while also engaging in 3rd party representation of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
