He strategically leads transactions in the complex and quickly evolving New Jersey industrial landscape and leverages that expertise to oversee transactions nationwide. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Andrew Stypa served as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey from 2010 to 2021, specializing in industrial properties. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he served as Vice President at Sitar Realty Company from 2004 to 2010.
