Andrew Stephens

Andrew Stephens is a Broker at Modus Real Estate, specializing in multifamily investment sales with a particular focus along Colorado’s Front Range. Andrew graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in May 2022 with a dual emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. He began his career with Marcus & Millichap as a summer intern in 2021 and went on to spend four years in the firm’s Denver office, where he built a strong foundation in multifamily investment sales. Over the course of his career, Andrew has been involved in more than 20 real estate transactions across the Front Range. By combining his financial expertise with in depth market knowledge and a highly targeted, aggressive marketing approach, he is focused on continuing to expand his presence and capture market share within the Front Range multifamily investment market. Outside of the office, Andrew values time with family and friends and pursues an active lifestyle through travel, golf, and skiing.
