
Andy is a vice president in NorthMarq's San Francisco office, placing all types of debt financing for commercial real estate throughout the United States, with a focus on Silicon Valley. During his career with NorthMarq, Andy has completed in excess of $3 billion in completed debt placement transactions. Andy focuses on traditional first mortgage and structured debt financing of all property types. His capital sources include life insurance correspondents, pension funds, international and domestic commercial banks, debt funds, and Wall Street CMBS investment banks. Andy holds a BA from University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the Price School of Public Policy at University of Southern California. Prior to graduate school, Andy was a project manager for an affordable housing developer in the Bay Area. Andy is an active member of ULI San Francisco (serves on Young Leader Group steering committee), ULI UrbanPlan, NAIOP Silicon Valley Developing Leaders, City of Hope, and Habitat for Humanity. Andy was born and raised on the Peninsula and currently resides with his wife and son in Menlo Park.
