Andrew Rubin

Andrew joined Frontline Real Estate Partners in 2012. Since joining the Frontline team, Andrew has played an active role in dispositions, receiverships, property management, and acquisitions. Andrew has been actively involved in the leasing of retail, office, and industrial properties throughout Illinois. Andrew also supports Frontline’s acquisitions group in underwriting, property valuation, and due diligence. Prior to joining Frontline, Andrew worked at Alpha Alternatives from 2011-2012, where he worked directly with the senior partners of the firm in raising capital for various private equity real estate funds and one-off deals. He also performed due diligence on a wide range of real estate operators and capital providers. Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Financial Management from Indiana University in 2010, and went on to receive his Master of Science in Finance from the DePaul Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in 2012. Andrew is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.
