Andrew Rose

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in the Highlands + Islands Commercial Property Market. He studied Property Management + Development at Glasgow Caledonian University and started working with Graham + Sibbald in 2003 as a Graduate Surveyor. Specialising in commercial valuations, agency & other professional work, he carries out a variety of surveys on a weekly basis for his clients. He regularly undertakes bank reports, rent reviews, sale and letting instructions and more. These instructions are carried out on behalf of Property Companies, Lenders, Private Individuals, Charities etc. He enjoys his role with the firm and his knowledge and expertise play a key part in supporting our Inverness Commercial team. He was promoted to Associate in 2017 and is dedicated to providing the best advice to all clients requiring advice around the North of Scotland.
