Andrew Rose

Andrew Rose joined Next Realty as an Associate in 2007, after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics. He received his Master’s in Real Estate Development in 2009, and became a principal of Next Realty Mid-Atlantic in 2017. Andrew specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Since joining Next Realty, Andrew has been involved in leasing over three million square feet of retail space, and in the sale of dozens of properties in the Mid-Atlantic Region ranging from urban retail in mixed use-developments to suburban shopping centers. Representing developers, Andrew assists in all facets of development; from site analysis, securing of anchor tenants, to project lease up. Andrew also represents an impressive array of clients in their expansion in the region, including Uncle Julio’s Rio Grande, Darden Restaurants, Harris Teeter, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Floor & Décor, Coopers Hawk Winery & Restaurant, Kimco Realty Corporation and many more. In his spare time, you can find Andrew on the golf course, or lounging on the beach with his friends and family. Andrew is a native Washingtonian, having grown up in Silver Spring, MD. He now resides in Arlington, VA. Fun Fact: Andrew once pushed his mom out of an airplane… when he took her sky diving for her birthday! He is also a certified Scuba Diver.
