During his 11 years with the company, Andrew has completed transactions valued at over $1.4 billion involving more than 3.6 million square feet of real estate. He was ranked in the top 10% of producers nationally in 2016 and finished in the top 20% in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Andrew provides invaluable real estate advisory and consulting services to office and life science users, developers, and investors on a local, regional, national, and global basis. Andrew co-leads CBRE’s Los Angeles Life Science Practice Group and has played a significant role in shaping the landscape of this thriving industry in Los Angeles. He has completed transactions in California, Illinois, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and Florida for his clients. Andrew's primary goal is to help his clients execute the best and most informed real estate decisions. Andrew relies on thorough market research, sound economic and financial analyses, and strategic decision-making to craft custom real estate solutions for each client.
