Working with national and regional property owning and occupying clients, Andrew has been instrumental in securing some of the most high profile industrial transactions of recent years including the sale of 100 acres at Severnside, Avonmouth to Scottish Power and the acquisition of the 6.6 acre former Amcor Flexibles site at Warmley on behalf of Chancerygate for a new 15 unit industrial scheme. He handles acquisition and disposal projects across the UK for corporate industrial-logistics clients and occupiers. He is a former chairman of the South West branch of the Industrial Agents Society and a member of the Bristol Property Agents Association
