Andrew Ratner

As a native New Yorker, I was lured to the Delaware Beach Resorts many years ago by my wife, who grew up in Lewes. After my "beach week-end" introduction so long ago, we have raised our two children here and can't imagine living anywhere else! I've come to know our resort inside and out! As a real estate broker, I offer experience in both residential sales and commercial sales/leasing. After obtaining my Real Estate license in 1995, I currently hold the position as Senior Vice President - Coastal Delaware with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty. In my career I have served on the Board of Directors of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS, the Delaware Association of REALTORS, as well as the Boards of the Lewes-Rehoboth Rotary Club and the Lewes Little League. I have been an active Rotarian since 1995, and try to live by their motto, "Service Above Self."
