Andrew Querbes lists, sells, leases, and develops commercial properties primarily in the Shreveport and Bossier City markets. He has also represented clients in the surrounding markets in East Texas, Arkansas, and in Monroe, Alexandria, Lafayette, and Lake Charles. He has represented clients such as PETsMART, Wal-Mart, Rite Aid, Wilton Partners, Church’s Chicken, and Waffle House. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Louisiana Tech University. Andy has been in the real estate business for almost 20 years and with Vintage Realty Company since 1991. Prior to joining Vintage Realty he was employed by Crystal Oil Company and Callen Petroleum in their accounting and marketing departments. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
