Andrew Pockrose

I am a real estate professional with nearly 40 years of experience in all aspects of residential real estate. I received my BA in finance from Boston University and became a certified residential real estate appraiser soon after. I have owned my own successful, Arlington-based appraisal company specializing in high-end properties for more than 25 years serving all of eastern Massachusetts. I have lived in Arlington for 30 years with my wife and (now adult) children, who attended the public schools there. I have bought and sold numerous properties in the area and I am familiar with renovation issues, condo conversions and tenant-landlord relationships. I bring a deep understanding of the local real estate market to all of my transactions. I truly enjoy meeting new people and sharing what I’ve learned in order to benefit my clients. I have been called friendly, informed and pragmatic. I care about my clients and value connection and honesty in every area of my life. When not engaged in real estate sales or appraisals, I am the bass player in a local dad band, a baker of sourdough bread, and a (careful) wild mushroom forager.
