His ability to intuitively comprehend and assess a tenant or landlord’s needs, his skill in devising creative solutions and his 25 years of experience in problem-solving during both up and down markets have earned him a position of prominence within the firm. Peretz was previously named one of Real Estate New York’s 40 and under 40 and one of Real Estate Forum’s next-generation leaders.
