Andrew Pardo

Andrew co-founded Cypress Ridge in 2021 and plays an active role in shaping the firm’s strategy, recruiting talent, and sourcing new investment opportunities. Prior to Cypress Ridge, he was a senior investment professional on the healthcare investing team at Clayton Dubilier & Rice, a global private equity firm. Before joining CD&R, he worked at CI Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm, and held positions in the principal investment area and investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. He previously held board directorships across several private equity backed healthcare businesses including Interactive Health (biometric screening and worksite wellness), Pivot Physical Therapy (PT clinics), Epiphany Dermatology (dermatologic services), Healogics (advanced wound care), and Cynosure (medical aesthetics systems and technologies).
