Andrew Pacious
Andrew Pacious is a multifamily specialist with The Zupancic Group of Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, DC office. He is responsible for multifamily investment sales, advisory, research, and business development throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area. Andrew provides comprehensive guidance and strategic insights throughout the entire real estate process to achieve clients’ goals. Andrew is deeply rooted in the D.C. community and focuses on building long-term relationships with his clients through the valuation, acquisition, disposition, or financing of their multifamily assets. Before joining the Zupancic Group, Andrew interned in the chairman’s office at Newmark and with Savills as a junior broker. Andrew graduated from Bucknell University, where he cultivated interests in commercial real estate and political science. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and rooting for DC sports teams.
