Andrew Mulhall

Andrew heads the underwriting operation for SVN Sunbelt Multifamily and is responsible for developing the valuation, value-add strategies, and debt structure of multifamily assets in the SVN pipeline. Prior to joining SVN, Andrew worked as an Analyst at Regions Bank in a Training Development Program where he helped build integrated data products for department-wide operations and senior leadership. Andrew grew up in the Columbus, Ohio suburb of Upper Arlington, where he played competitive baseball throughout his career. Andrew graduated from Auburn University in 2021 with a degree in Business Analytics and a concentration in Finance. In his free time, you can find Andrew playing a round of golf, fishing, or catching the nearest concert.
