As the Global Coordinator for a Fortune 50 consumer products company real estate portfolio, Andrew has fostered an expertise in developing and executing complex cost realignment strategies. Since joining JLL Pittsburgh’s Tenant Representation team he has been involved at all levels of our client’s most complex assignments, including headquarter relocation and renewal negotiations. Areas of expertise include conducting market research, defining occupancy needs, financial analysis, location advisory, and lease negotiations – Working exclusively with corporate clients to align real estate initiatives with their overall business plans. For all clients Andrew combines his experience, strong analytical skills and market knowledge to form innovative strategies.
