Andy Manthei, Senior Vice President, Principal, joined Suntide Commercial Realty Inc. in 2025. Prior to joining Suntide, Andy lead a team of brokers at KW Commercial Midwest for 14 years and has over 23 years of commercial real estate experience. Andy specializes in the office and industrial leasing and sales. Mr. Manthei represents both property owners and tenants throughout the lease and sale process. He works for both institutional and entrepreneurial clients and fully understands the complexities of the entire lease and sale process, ensuring his clients are completely satisfied. Since 2003, Andy has transacted in excess of $600 million dollars worth of office and industrial properties.
