Andrew Magliochetti

Andrew specializes in buy-side investor representation, financial analysis, and development execution. He has fifteen years of principal and advisory experience in real estate investment, finance, and development. Andrew has worked as a consultant to numerous governments, investment funds, and international corporations in finance- and security related- matters. Andrew holds a bachelor of arts in Economics from Ohio University, a master of science in Finance from Penn State University, a master of professional studies in Homeland Security and Defense from Penn State University, and a master of science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. In addition, Andrew is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a LEED accredited professional (LEED AP). Prior to joining Jameson Commercial in 2010, Andrew co-founded and served as Principal of Chicago-based Helios Realty & Development, a provider of end-to-end real estate marketing, development, construction, and financial consulting services. Andrew serves as a director on a number of non-profit boards, including that of The Disabled Patriot Fund, an organization that provides emergency assistance to the families of active and veteran military service members. Andrew is also a managing director with a New York-based international finance and operations advisory firm. Andrew resides on the near north side of Chicago.
