ABOUT

Andrew Lodeesen is responsible for the development and repositioning of commercial real estate assets in the central and Eastern US. In his role, Andrew leverages his extensive expertise having participated in more than 350 real estate transactions and overseen the development of 3 million rentable square feet. Prior to joining Menlo Equities, Mr. Lodeesen served as the Executive Vice President of Development at Capital Commercial Investments, where he led the repositioning strategy for an 11.8 million square foot office portfolio. He was also responsible for the redevelopment of the 291-acre former ExxonMobil headquarters in Irving, TX and the 100-acre former J.C. Penney campus in Plano, TX. Additionally, he served on the Board of Directors for the Las Colinas Association. Mr. Lodeesen is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED AP, and a Certified General Contractor.
