Andrew Laycock is a Partner in Partners’ Industrial Services Division. Andrew has been among the company’s top Industrial performers since joining the firm in 2020, demonstrating exceptional growth and impact‚ including earning the company’s 2022 Rookie of the Year award. His expertise spans seller/buyer representation, landlord/tenant representation, land sales and acquisitions, investment sales, speculative construction, and build-to-suit/design-build projects. A standout example of his contributions is his role recently representing the landlord to secure the final lease with T&J Corp at Rex Road Industrial Business Park in Friendswood. This transaction fully occupied the ±120,000-sq.-ft. eight-building park, highlighting strong demand for premium, crane-ready industrial facilities in a high-growth submarket. Andrew’s disciplined approach, deep market knowledge, and ability to deliver results have made him an invaluable asset to clients and colleagues alike. Andrew is a graduate of the Texas A&M College of Engineering with a degree in Industrial Distribution.
