His expertise spans seller/buyer representation, landlord/tenant representation, land sales and acquisitions, investment sales, speculative construction, and build-to-suit/design-build projects. This transaction fully occupied the ±120,000-sq.-ft. eight-building park, highlighting strong demand for premium, crane-ready industrial facilities in a high-growth submarket.
