Andrew Jewett

As Senior Vice President, Andrew Jewett participates in CBRE’s industrial services group in Houston. Andrew has been involved in the real estate industry for 13 years and specializes in representing transportation oriented end-users with a specific focus on the northeast and southeast submarkets. Throughout his career Andrew has advised clients on lease negotiations, build-to-suits, design builds, site selection and property dispositions. His high level of market knowledge and experience is vital in generating cost savings and minimizing risk on his client’s behalf. Prior to joining CBRE, Andrew held the role of Director at Cushman & Wakefield where he concentrated on implementing occupier strategies on behalf of local and national industrial tenants and users. Andrew started his career and spent three years as an Associate at Marcus & Millichap where he represented high net worth private investors in the acquisition and disposition of industrial single and multi-tenant assets throughout the state. Over the last 13 years Andrew has negotiated over 7,125,000 square feet of industrial leases and sales valued at $305,500,000 dollars.
