With a background that bridges real estate, business strategy, and technology, Andrew brings a unique perspective to every project. He grew up accompanying his father, Andy, on real estate trips and earned both his private pilot’s license and Florida real estate license by the age of 21. After graduating from Washington & Lee University, he spent four years in sales and marketing with a Fortune 500 company in Atlanta before returning to Florida to earn his master’s from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business. Over the next decade, he led business development and growth operations at startups and tech companies—including Voalte/Hillrom and Compass Real Estate—helping them scale rapidly while sharpening his ability to identify opportunities and apply technology for next-level insights and faster execution. At Sitehawks, Andrew draws on that experience and his deep real estate roots to lead growth strategy and site selection. In just a few years, he’s built a track record of uncovering and delivering strategic opportunities for clients including Whole Foods, Costco, Sweetgreen, Harbor Freight Tools, and Electrify America.
