Andrew is a leasing director with twenty years of progressive real estate experience in leasing retail, office and industrial spaces. Andrew is detail oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, developed through experience with commercial REIT’s, major retailers, and brokerages. A track record of success in conceptualizing and implementing innovative leasing plans including the lease-up of “difficult-to–lease” retail space across Canada. Andrew has in-depth knowledge of leasing, the commercial real estate landscape, and key players from his long-term commitment the industry and his association with ICSC and NAIOP. Andrew holds a Combined Honours B.A. in Political Science & History from Western University, a Leadership Certificate from The East-West Centre at the University of Hawaii, as well as, Broker’s licenses in Alberta and British Columbia.
