Andrew Hardin

Andrew is a native Pennsylvanian and a graduate of Penn State University. Armed with a degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism and minor degree in Business Management, Andrew embarked on a career in the golf business as a PGA of America member. His combination of work experiences at several upscale private country clubs helped develop key interpersonal skills, which enhanced the customer experience for members and their guests. Those interactions, along with Andrew’s naturally outgoing, service-oriented personality, have helped to make him a successful team member and a valuable addition to the Gateway Business Properties Team. Andrew has quickly established himself as a dedicated industry professional who has built solid relationships with his business clients and professional partners. His unique approach towards establishing a connection with prospective clients prior to working together has paved the way in building loyal business relationships. Andrew maintains a high level of integrity in working with each client, and has experience working with distressed properties, zoning changes, and properties with known environmental concerns. Andrew brokered over $100M in transactions in his first 5 years as a licensed real estate agent. His primary clients include specialized manufacturers, drayage companies, and private investors. Outside of Industrial Real Estate, Andrew enjoys golfing, pickleball, and staying active in the community with his wife and 3 kids.
