Andrew Halfacree

PROFILE Andrew Halfacree has worked in the commercial property market on the south coast since 1991 qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995. He has worked in Brighton & Hove since 1996 and teamed up with Edward Flude in 1997 shortly after the inception of Flude Commercial. Andrew heads the firm's agency business and acts for a wide range of clients from local individuals to multinational companies to include the likes of Morley Fund Management, Prudential, Telereal, ITV and Hargreaves Properties.
