Andrew heads up Harris Lamb’s Stoke-on-Trent office based on Festival Park, having initially set up the office in 2004. With significant experience in the Staffordshire and Cheshire region, he advises regional, national and multi-national clients. Andrew provides a broad range of property advice to clients on industrial and office buildings to include freehold and leasehold disposals/acquisitions, bringing sites forward for development and advising on investment transactions to include sale and leasebacks to release working capital.
