(then Royal Lepage Commercial) in 2000 after spending eight years in brokerage specializing in the selling and leasing of properties in the industrial areas of Surrey and Langley. Major clients include WesGroup Income Properties LP, EMCO Buildings Products, Bentall Kennedy, Morguard Investments, Bridgestone-Firestone, Concert Properties, the Beedie Group, Teck Construction, Campbell Heights Development Group and Porte Realty. Mr. Green has been a President’s Round Table recipient and earned the Award of Excellence in 2008. He was awarded the title of Vice President in 2007.
