Andrew Green

Andrew Green, CCIM joined Seacrest Advisors in February 2025 and has nearly 15 years of experience within the commercial real estate industry. Andrew specializes in multifamily investment and land sales throughout Florida. Andrew brings his clients a very detailed and hands-on approach to every business decision and transaction. He is constantly involved in every step of the sales process from the initial underwriting and financial analysis, crafting and executing the marketing strategy, leading all property tours, managing the due diligence requirements, and closing procedures. Throughout his career in commercial real estate, he was worked on multifamily, land development sites, industrial facilities, and mixed-use portfolios valued over $500 million. Andrew graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University where he received his degree in Business Management from the Lutgert College of Business and he holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Andrew has been featured as a thought leader in several industry publications such as: The Southeast Real Estate Business, The Orlando Business Journal, The CCIM Institute, and the Naples Herald. Additionally, he has been a volunteer and contributor to various organizations including: Habitat For Humanity, Susan G. Komen Foundation, Florida Gulf Coast Mentorship Program, and Children's Home Society of Florida.
