Andrew Gormley joined Marcus & Millichap in 2021 and works as an Associate with a focus on retail and investment sales. Prior to entering brokerage, Andrew worked at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Analyst focusing on mergers and acquisitions. During his time within the industry, Andrew has been fortunate enough to be trusted by clients and senior members of the firm to help facilitate the sale of a variety of assets totaling an aggregate value of over $180 million. Andrew’s diverse experience provides him with a sophisticated understanding of market dynamics, valuation, and client objectives, which is influential in creating successful outcomes for his clients in the marketing and transaction process. Andrew graduated from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Major in Finance.
