Andrew Goodman

Andrew Goodman serves as a Vice President for the Southern California office of TCC. Andrew focuses on both deal sourcing and execution related activities for TCLA’s industrial development projects. In his role, Andrew is responsible for negotiating, underwriting, design, entitlements, permitting, and construction management. He has deep experience in both financial analysis and project execution. Prior to joining TCC, Andrew worked for Harsch Investment Properties, a Portland, Oregon based commercial real estate developer. As Vice President of Development at Harsch, he was responsible for an industrial development pipeline in excess of $1.5 billion dollars, developing in markets across the West Coast.
